You will be responsible for communicating the benefits of the company's services to drive sales. As a sales rep, you will serve as the point of contact between Exelab and its prospects or clients. You will have a range of responsibilities, including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance related to our products and services. You will also be fully responsible for selling the company's services by creating ad-hoc sales pitches, meeting new clients, fostering excellent relationships with these clients to maintain future sales, and working with our CEO. In addition, we expect you to be the reference point for our clients by consistently maintaining an advisory approach!
Qualifications include strong interpersonal and communication skills and a Bachelor's degree in business or related fields.
In short, your main duties will be:
Sell the company's services according to our clients’ specific needs
Convey effectively potential and value of our services
Always have a pipeline full of opportunities by active fanatical prospecting
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Identify opportunities for new client acquisition
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
Perform research on competitors services
Identify current sales process inconsistencies, in order to improve them
Stay updated with the industry situation and benchmarks
Stay updated with the latest sales trends and best practices
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Continuously improve through feedback
At least 8 years of experience working in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
Client-oriented approach: client satisfaction is the pillar of our business
Ability to stretch the working hours when needed to help during exceptional events
Good English (B2 or C1) language skills
Preferred Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business Administration
Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Previous experience in Consultancy firms, especially in the IT and/or Digital Marketing field will be a plus
