About the Role

Over the next 12 months, we will launch our R&D program with a strong focus on AI agent acceleration.
You will be the sole R&D resource in the first year, reporting directly to the CEO, and will have full autonomy to experiment, prototype, and turn our vision into measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and scale Proof of Concepts and internal AI projects aligned with the R&D roadmap.

• Transfer AI best practices and guidelines to the Delivery team through workshops, pair programming, and documentation.

• Experiment with emerging technologies (LLMs, LangChain, “vibe coding”) to create high-impact AI agents.

• Contribute to the development of proprietary IP (playbooks, frameworks, templates).

• Collaborate with project managers and operations to integrate AI agents into client projects, ensuring quality and time-to-market.
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong full-stack development skills: TypeScript/Node.js, Python, React; cloud experience (AWS or similar).

• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and frameworks like LangChain or equivalents.

• Solid background in CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality.

• Proficiency with AI development tools (Cursor, Copilot, Codeium) and a strong continuous learning mindset.

• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, strong results orientation, and a high degree of autonomy.
  
  

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with MLOps/DevOps, Vector Databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Background in CRM/RevOps projects or consultancy environments.
